Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior U.S. Benefits Specialist (Contractor) to lead Open Enrollment and serve as a subject matter expert for U.S. benefits. The role collaborates with HR, Payroll, Communications, and vendors to ensure accurate enrollment and compliant programs.

The position emphasizes project leadership, data integrity, and effective employee communications while supporting acquisitions, divestitures, and TSA-related initiatives. Remote within the U.S. is available.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in U.S. benefits administration.
• 3–5 years leading Open Enrollment programs.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, integrations, divestitures, TSA deliverables.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits administration, enrollment processes, and compliance.

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and administration of annual U.S. Open Enrollment programs across employee populations.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, communications, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with HR, Payroll, Communications, vendors, brokers, and leadership teams.
