Worldwide Clinical Trials Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Benefits Specialist (Contractor) to lead U.S. Open Enrollment programs and manage complex benefits initiatives across HR, payroll, and vendors. This remote role supports acquisitions, divestitures, and TSA-related work.

You will collaborate with global teams, deliver executive-level reporting, and drive accurate enrollment experiences while ensuring compliance and process improvements. A 10+ year background in U.S. benefits is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or related field.
10+ years of U.S. benefits administration experience, including 3–5 years leading Open Enrollment.
Proven project management skills managing complex benefits initiatives.
Experience with mergers, acquisitions, integrations, divestitures, organizational changes, TSA deliverables.
Strong knowledge of benefits administration, enrollment processes, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and administration of annual U.S. Open Enrollment programs.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts with HR, Payroll, Communications, vendors, and brokers.
Oversee enrollment configurations, eligibility, system testing, data integrity, and vendor integrations.
Create and deliver employee communications, trainings, webinars, FAQs, and manager resources.
Provide reporting and analytics to Total Rewards leadership.
