You will serve as the primary contact for employees, guiding them through benefits options and enrollment via phone and email. Responsibilities include handling high-volume inquiries, offering benefits guidance, maintaining digital records, escalating complex issues, and supporting HR teams during peak enrollment windows.

Qualifications

• Prior professional experience in HR customer service, benefits administration, or employee shared services.
• Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced customer service environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Employee Support: Manage high-volume inquiries via phone and email ticketing queues, providing prompt, accurate assistance.
• Benefits Guidance & Enrollment Facilitation: Help employees navigate plan options and complete enrollment selections in the HR portal/benefits platform.
• Record Maintenance: Assist with creation, auditing, and maintenance of digital personnel records to ensure confidentiality.
• Issue Escalation & Tracking: Identify and escalate complex coverage or system issues to the HR operations team and inform employees of resolutions.
• Administrative HR Tasks: Provide general administrative support to Employee Services and People Operations during peak enrollment windows.
