Qualifications

• 7+ years of Treasury Management experience in Banking.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
• Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
• Three or more years experience in selling or servicing Commercial, Business Banking or Treasury products.

Responsibilities

• Sales: acquire and develop treasury management relationships.
• Prospecting and pipeline management to drive TM opportunities.
• Pricing and structuring treasury products; preparing customer proposals.
• Collaborate with regional partners and relationship managers to execute plans and cross-sell offerings.
• Mentor Treasury Management colleagues and drive high-performance sales culture.
