Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Advisor III in the Chicago area to acquire and deepen profitable treasury management relationships. The role emphasizes proactive relationship management, strategic sales execution, and collaboration with regional partners to drive TM opportunities.

The candidate will maintain performance metrics, lead calls, and contribute to a high-performing sales culture while representing the bank in industry circles.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Treasury Management or related banking experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Three or more years selling or servicing Commercial, Business Banking or Treasury products.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new treasury management relationships.
• Price and structure treasury products; prepare customer proposals.
• Build internal partnerships to drive TM opportunities and cross-sell products.
• Maintain weekly/monthly sales data and monitor performance.
• Mentor junior Treasury Management colleagues as needed.
• Represent Huntington Bank in industry groups related to Treasury Management.
