Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Treasury Management in Banking.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and develop new treasury management relationships and deepen existing ones.
• Sell and propose Treasury Management solutions and cross-sell other bank products.
• Price and structure treasury products and present customer proposals.
• Proactively build internal relationships to drive TM opportunities.
• Maintain weekly and monthly sales results and enter data accurately.
• Mentor other Treasury Management colleagues where applicable.
• Lead a high-performance sales culture within the region.
• Develop sales strategy with TM Sales Director and execute it.
• Build executive relationships with target clients and COIs.
