Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 8+ years’ experience in treasury management sales for large corporate clients.
• Experience with risk management and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Development: Target and win opportunities with large, complex clients.
• Existing Client Management: Maintain and expand relationships with tailored treasury solutions.
• Custom Solution Design: Lead design of complex treasury solutions with product specialists.
• Pricing & Structuring: Develop pricing strategies for client needs.
• Negotiation & Deal Closing: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and SLAs.
• Implementation Oversight: Ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation.
• Portfolio Leadership: Oversee revenue growth and treasury adoption.
• Risk Management & Compliance: Monitor risk and regulatory adherence.
• Sales Performance Management: Track weekly/monthly pipeline and targets.
• Strategic Contribution: Provide feedback on sales strategy and product development.
