Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of transportation-sector experience.
• Former State DOT CIO, Deputy CIO, or equivalent executive role.
• Experience leading statewide technology modernization initiatives.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership or transportation boards.

Responsabilités

• Advise on transportation modernization strategy.
• Review enterprise technology recommendations.
• Validate transportation operational assumptions.
• Support benchmarking activities and executive reviews.
