Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years leading and delivering transportation sourcing projects or TMS implementations.
• 3+ years applying optimization and simulation to transportation/supply chain.
• 1+ years leading or managing junior staff.
• 3+ years using data visualization platforms (Tableau/Power BI).
• 5+ years Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and client presentations.
• 5+ years applying quantitative methods to transportation decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver transportation consulting engagements for clients.
• Ensure projects meet scope, timelines, and client expectations.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage project staffing.
• Gather data, build analyses, and present findings to executives.
• Develop executive-level deliverables and client-ready presentations.
• Travel 20%-40% based on project needs.
