Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, health information management, or related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or advisory services.
• 3+ years leading complex consulting engagements and cross-functional projects.
• Experience optimizing EHR/PM workflows and cloud-based healthcare platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30% annually.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex advisory engagements evaluating and optimizing revenue cycle operations and athenaOne workflows.
• Develop strategic recommendations aligning technology with organizational goals.
• Conduct executive-level assessments, workflow analyses, and maturity evaluations.
• Create executive-ready deliverables: findings, roadmaps, business cases, presentations.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product Management, Implementation, and Support.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to methodology evolution.
• Identify industry trends and opportunities to expand advisory services.
• Leverage AI to enhance analysis and client deliverables while ensuring accuracy.
• Travel up to 30% to support engagements and events.

Education

Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Health Information Management, or a related field
