Job summary

The Bank of Missouri is seeking a Senior Project Manager to carry senior-level projects and programs, ensuring governance structures are followed and applied consistently. The role reports to the TMO Program Manager with no supervisory responsibility.

Requires a Bachelor's in CS or Business, 7+ years of enterprise PM experience, and PMP/ PMI certification is preferred. Candidates should be adept at executive-level reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and change management integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, business administration, or related field.
• Enterprise-level project management experience, transformation or PMO setting.
• Familiarity with PMP, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to analyze data and generate executive-ready reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administers intake process and maintains dashboards, ensuring requests follow the established path.
• Manages project execution and high-level roadmaps, keeping them current and consistent.
• Creates and maintains essential project artifacts and status of testing plans.
• Ensures standard methodologies and portfolio reporting are sustained.
• Prepares Transformation Steering committee materials and supports status communication.
