Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced professional to manage client relationships and coordinate complex real estate transactions. The role focuses on aligning client strategies with market opportunities, negotiating terms, and delivering measurable value through advisory services.

You will work with clients, leads, and third parties to set strategies, oversee site evaluation, RFPs, and lease/purchase agreements while ensuring alignment with client and JLL processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing client relationships and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong financial analysis skills (NPV/IRR) and ability to present advisory insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead regular client meetings and conference calls to review transaction strategies and requirements.
• Identify, develop and implement improvements to client transaction management processes.
• Develop occupancy cost savings strategies and evaluate alternative occupancy solutions and financial structures.
• Demonstrate strong financial analytic skills and convey these to client through advisory storytelling.
