Job summary

JLL in New York is seeking an entry-to-mid level professional to support brokerage (leasing) activities. You will assist with special projects, build analytical tools in Excel, and help prepare client-ready presentations and materials.

The role requires strong Excel/PowerPoint/Word skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently and in teams to deliver quality deliverables under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• 0-3+ years in commercial real estate
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information

Responsibilities

• Prepare offering materials for new or existing assignments and pursuits.
• Create Excel-based analytical tools including macro-enabled models and ad-hoc analyses.
• Assist with preparation of presentations and pitch materials.
• Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data for client deliverables and valuation models.
• Review real estate documents and prepare abstract reports for clients.
• Point of contact for tracking, management, reporting.
• Review and analyze client portfolio data and related documents during due diligence.
