Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Transaction Analyst to support a major client with sophisticated financial modeling, market analysis, and transaction management. This home-office based role interfaces with clients, brokers, and landlords to deliver high-value insights and ensure compliant processes.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of CRE experience, advanced Excel skills, and strong analytical abilities to drive lease and occupancy scenarios for optimal deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate or related quantitative field.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Real estate brokerage or salesperson license preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical support for Transaction Managers and Brokers in executing transactions.
• Report directly to Hiring Manager while managing operational and administrative processes.
• Interface with clients, tenants, brokers, and landlords to provide high-value transaction support.
• Develop comprehensive market analyses, financial models, and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor progress of transactions and provide timely updates to clients and brokerage teams.
