Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years life science/pharma field sales and/or marketing experience.
• Willingness to travel to various meetings or client sites, including overnight trips (approximately 50%).
• Preferred: Sleep Disorder experience.
• Preferred: Training/Learning & Development and/or Commercial Strategy experience.
• Preferred: IT/eLearning/Web management platform knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Commercial training programs, including strategy, content creation, delivery, and measurement.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop learning strategies and workshops aligned to business objectives.
• Act as SME in adult learning and share best practices across the department.
• Develop and facilitate training for key stakeholders and national workshops.
• Ensure materials reflect current market trends and comply with internal reviews.
• Coordinate and negotiate with external consultants to meet training needs.
• Manage assigned budget within operating guidelines.
• Coach team members on design, projects, and priorities.
• Foster vendor partnerships to improve efficiency and services.
