Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager for Trade Compliance to join our team in a 100% remote role. This position supports US defense operations and requires DoD Secret clearance eligibility and U.S. citizenship. You will lead ITAR-related activities, licensing, and compliance programs across the company.

You will interact with internal clients, manage regulatory tasks, and report to the Legal Department leadership. Travel may be required up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant trade compliance experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain is required.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Act as an Empowered Official with ITAR expertise and business judgment.
• Draft, submit and manage ITAR licenses, TAAs, classifications, and disclosures.
• Review export/import licenses and translate requirements into actionable steps.
• Provide guidance on international purchase orders and shipments.
• Maintain an organized library of TAAs and licenses.
• Brief the Board of Directors on export-related matters.
• Develop and improve trade compliance policies and procedures.
