Peraton is seeking a Trade Compliance Manager to join our growing Trade Compliance team in the legal department. The role supports U.S. government agency programs across intelligence, space, cyber, defense and civilian markets.

The position is primarily remote, with occasional on-site work in listed locations. Requirements include 10+ years in trade compliance with a government contractor, strong communication skills, and US Citizenship.

Qualifikationen

• At least 10 years of trade compliance experience with a government contractor.
• Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy required.
• Strong organizational skills with demonstrated experience managing multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience entering/export authorizations in GTM/DECCS/SNAP-R/AES is preferred.
• US Citizenship required.

Aufgaben

• Research, analyze, interpret and advise functional departments on compliance with ITAR, EAR, OFAC, and FTR.
• Prepare, submit, and administer export license applications, TALs, licenses, and validate ITAR Exemptions and EAR Exceptions.
• Eligible to serve as an Empowered Official as defined by ITAR.
• Review and approve international shipments, foreign travel, and visitors; ensure activities comply with licenses and regulations.
• Review proposals, contracts and purchase orders and participate in technical programmatic discussions.
• Maintain export and import records per U.S. regulatory requirements and company policy.
• Other trade compliance-related duties, as assigned.
