Serco Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager for Trade Compliance to join our Legal Department in a 100% remote capacity. The role supports U.S.

defense and government operations with a focus on ITAR controls, licensing, and compliance leadership. The successful candidate will draft licenses, manage ITAR classifications, advise on complex regulatory matters, and help drive continuous improvement of Serco's trade compliance program while engaging with internal clients and external

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• US citizenship required.
• Minimum 8 years of trade compliance experience.
• Clear understanding of ITAR and export controls.
• Proven ability to draft licenses and classifications.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsabilidades

• Act as an Empowered Official with ITAR expertise and business judgment.
• Draft and manage TAAs, ITAR classifications, license requests and disclosures.
• Review licenses from State and Commerce and translate provisos into actions.
• Provide guidance on export controls for international orders and travel.
• Maintain an organized library of TAAs and licenses.
• Support trade compliance program development and training.
• Brief the Board of Directors on export-related matters.
• Collaborate with the Legal Department and business partners.
