Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Manager for Trade Compliance to lead ITAR and export controls within a US-facing defense services environment. This role is 100% remote and requires DoD Secret clearance eligibility, US citizenship, and a strong background in regulatory compliance and cross-border transactions.

• Ability to draft licenses and disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Draft, submit and manage ITAR licenses and related documents.
• Review export/import licenses and translate guidance into actions.
• Provide guidance on international purchase orders and shipments.
• Brief the Board on export-related matters.
• Maintain compliance program documentation and training.
