Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Manager for Trade Compliance to lead ITAR, licensing, and export control initiatives across U.S. government programs.

The role is 100% remote, with DoD Secret clearance and US citizenship required. You will partner with the Legal Department to advise internal clients and senior leadership on compliance matters. The position emphasizes strong regulatory analysis, drafting, and process improvement, with travel up to 10% and a focus on building efficient, auditable trade

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant trade compliance experience.
• Advanced knowledge of ITAR and export controls.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Team player, proactive, highly organized, able to manage changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as an Empowered Official with ITAR expertise and business judgment.
• Draft and manage TAAs, ITAR classifications, and license processes.
• Review licenses and provisos and translate into actionable steps.
