Job summary

Horizontal Talent is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager for a remote ET role to drive cross-functional, large-scale initiatives that shape product and platform development. The role offers strategic influence, process improvements, and collaboration across product, design, engineering, operations, and leadership.

You will coordinate planning, manage risks, and help execute migrations and modernizations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical program management experience in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience leading complex technical programs across multiple teams or managers.
• Background in large-scale systems, migrations, and integrations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization, and microservices.
• Knowledge of AWS and cloud-based architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical programs spanning multiple teams, functions, and locations.
• Coordinate detailed planning, execution, risk management, and issue resolution across key initiatives.
• Build alignment among product, design, engineering, operations, and leadership stakeholders.
• Establish priorities, manage dependencies, and minimize disruption to day-to-day operations.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to executive and team stakeholders.
• Support quarterly and yearly planning efforts and contribute to agile practices.
• Drive process improvement, operational excellence, and data-informed decision-making.
• Support large-scale migrations, integrations, and technical modernization efforts.
