Ladders is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise programs with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery and robust security controls across initiatives. The role emphasizes translating complex technical status for executives and guiding initiatives from initiation through delivery.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of technical program management experience, a strong grasp of agile methodologies, and exceptional communication and risk analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of technical program management experience
• Strong understanding of program management methodologies
• Ability to adapt agile management principles to various development environments
• ScrumMaster certification is a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical risks into business impacts
• Strong analytical and risk‑assessment skills with experience in program management tools

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of enterprise programs from initiation to delivery
• Communicate technical concepts and program status to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, and budgets
• Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and dependencies
• Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure timely implementation of security controls
• Establish and report on program goals and status updates for executive audiences
• Support incident response coordination and post-incident reviews
• Foster a culture of transparency and trust while managing by influence
