Job summary

Crystal Management is seeking a Test Engineer for the SWIFT program, offering remote work with occasional travel to Reston, VA. The role focuses on developing workflows and automating IT processes using UiPath and Power Automate, plus dashboards via Tableau, Qlik, and Power BI.

Required: a Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering and 6 years of software testing experience, including automation and RPA familiarity. DHS Trusted Tester is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Experience with automation tools and familiarity with RPA solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
• Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure quality and functionality.
• Report and document defects, collaborate with development teams for resolution, and re-test fixes.
• Assist in maintaining test automation frameworks and scripts.
• Work with senior test engineers to align testing with project requirements.
• Support the implementation of robotic process automation (RPA) within SWIFT.
• Participate in occasional in-person meetings at the Reston office, as required.
• Other duties as assigned
