Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual as a Cloud Engineer (RPA) for a government client. This intermediate‑level role focuses on robotic process automation, encompassing design, development, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions.
Location & Eligibility
Location: Arlington, VA (Onsite)
Eligibility: United States Citizen.
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test and deploy RPA workflows using appropriate platforms.
- Configure, scale, deploy, integrate and maintain the RPA solutions with other enterprise systems.
- Utilize advanced features of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to support integration with existing and proposed tools.
- Implement and ensure recommended RPA solutions can be effectively deployed and managed in platforms such as Amazon Web Services and/or Azure.
- Provide troubleshooting and perform break/fix functions to ensure continual operations.
- Work with the relevant authority to deploy the automated solutions within the approved environment.
- Develop and execute virtual and in‑person training sessions for key end users and other key personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in key programming required for automation development.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with leading RPA tools, such as UiPath.
- Minimum 3 years practical experience in cloud technologies.
- Have relevant certifications such as UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional, or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of .NET frameworks (i.e., ASP.NET) and SQL query language.
- Ability to lead an IT team.
- Ability to explain complicated concepts in simple terms.
