Job summary

Veterans EZ Info Inc seeks a Senior Test Engineer for a 100% remote position supporting a large federal government healthcare modernization project. The role involves establishing enterprise testing standards, automation, and AI-assisted testing within an Agile, DevSecOps, and cloud-native PMO.

The candidate must be able to travel to the Washington, DC area as needed and reside in the continental US. U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Government/Public Trust clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent.
• 5+ years leading testing for complex software applications.
• Hands-on experience with test-automation frameworks and tools.
• Experience integrating automated testing into Agile and DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with AI-assisted testing techniques.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish enterprise testing standards, procedures, tools, test plans, test cases, acceptance criteria, and traceability practices.
• Design test coverage for functional, integration, system, regression, performance, and edge-case testing.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites, CI/CD quality gates, and continuous-testing capabilities.
• Evaluate and implement AI-assisted techniques for test-case generation and coverage analysis.
• Lead defect triage, root-cause analysis, release-readiness assessments, and quality-control activities.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders, program managers, engineers, cybersecurity teams, and other contractors to improve system quality.
