Job summary

Norton Packaging, Inc. is seeking a Senior Territory Sales Manager to support and grow customer relationships across the eastern United States, with emphasis on national and regional accounts. This remote, field-based role requires travel and close collaboration with our Hamlet, IN plant to ensure customer success.

The role focuses on owning strategic accounts, driving revenue growth, and maintaining continuous relationships with key customers across manufacturing and industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are required.
• Proven success managing an outside sales territory.
• Experience with national or multi-location accounts is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of industrial and manufacturing customers.
• Develop new business opportunities while strengthening existing relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key national and regional accounts.
• Travel regularly to customer sites to maintain relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with the Hamlet, IN plant to support operational alignment and customer success.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership teams.
• Participate in industry trade shows and customer-facing events.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
• Achieve territory revenue goals and contribute to overall company growth.
