Job summary

Winpak Portion Packaging in the United States seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead a remote sales organization handling strategic regional accounts west of the Mississippi. You will drive profitable growth, strengthen customer relationships, and directly manage a portfolio while guiding Area Sales Managers.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of packaging sales experience, strong KPI focus, and a track record of expanding market penetration across large customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is an asset.
• 2+ years of national account selling experience.
• 5+ years of packaging experience (technical and/or commercial) focused on strategic sales growth.
• Proven ability to grow business within large, complex customer organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Area Sales Managers and regional office personnel to achieve territory objectives.
• Manage strategic regional accounts to maximize profitable sales opportunities and expand market penetration.
• Coordinate order-related documentation and workflows for accurate production and on-time shipping.
• Prepare and route price deviations with internal approvals.
• Communicate customer requirement changes to internal partners and customers to support proactive planning.
• Support receivables collection efforts and maintain logs for orders and delivery schedules.
• Provide sales forecasts by customer across product lines; manage sales expense budgets and reporting.
