APPLIED Adhesives in Minnesota is seeking a self-motivated Territory Manager, Packaging to secure new accounts in the packaging segment while nurturing an existing customer base. This remote role requires up to 50% travel and a focus on industrial B2B sales.

You will build relationships with key decision-makers, develop tailored proposals, and collaborate across Marketing, Purchasing and Customer Service to drive territory revenue and profitability. A degree and field experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales in chemical distribution or related industries.
• Located in Minnesota and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Associate’s degree or higher required.
• Strong discovery, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and forecast.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for and win new customers to increase the customer base.
• Retain and grow sales with existing customers.
• Develop relationships with key decision makers at all levels.
• Develop and present sales proposals aligned to customer needs.
• Maintain detailed customer plans and CRM activity.
