Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive territory business plans that drive sales growth, market penetration, product adoption, and market share expansion across the assigned geography.
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with veterinarians, producers, distribution partners, nutritionists, and industry influencers to strengthen our company's Animal Health's presence throughout the territory.
• Drive demand generation and product utilization through regular customer engagement, field events, and collaboration with key industry stakeholders.
• Partner with distribution teams, National Account Managers, Corporate Account Teams, and other internal stakeholders to align business objectives and maximize territory performance.
• Analyze territory performance, sales trends, competitive activity, and market conditions to inform business decisions and optimize resource allocation.
