Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Five years of relevant sales or territory management with a bachelor's, or ten years without a bachelor's.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans to drive sales and market share.
• Build relationships with veterinarians, producers, distribution partners, and industry influencers.
• Identify opportunities, market dynamics, and competitive threats to grow the business.
• Drive demand generation and product utilization through customer engagement and events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align objectives and maximize territory performance.
• Travel extensively across the territory to meet customers and deliver value.
