Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Five (5) years of relevant sales/territory management experience with a bachelor's degree; or ten (10) years without a bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of the beef and dairy industries, including Cow/Calf, Feedlot, and Dairy production systems.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to use mobile technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans that drive sales growth and market penetration.
• Build and maintain relationships with veterinarians, producers, distribution partners, nutritionists, and industry influencers.
• Identify opportunities, monitor market dynamics, and develop growth strategies.
• Drive demand generation and product utilization through customer engagement and field events.
• Collaborate with distribution teams and internal stakeholders to align objectives and maximize territory performance.
• Analyze territory performance, sales trends, and competition to inform decisions.
