Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of technical writing in a software/cloud/platform environment.
• 5+ years writing architecture guides, API references, and developer workflows.
• 3–5+ years collaborating with engineers, product owners, and SMEs in an agile/matrixed environment.
• 3+ years contributing to information architecture, docset structure, or template systems.
• 2–3+ years reviewing technical content for consistency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Create architecture and API documentation.
• Own IA, templates, and content frameworks.
• Lead cross-team content reviews and set quality standards.
• Mentor writers and ensure consistency across docs.
• Write developer-focused content in Markdown and schema-driven formats (OpenAPI/Swagger).
• Design diagrams and system visuals with Mermaid/Visio/Figma/draw.io.
