Job summary

Highnote Platform, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Writer to own our developer documentation. You will set the voice and standards for explaining card issuing, acquiring, and money movement to developers, and build the tooling to scale as the platform grows.

You’ll join the Developer Experience team, owning API, SDKs, docs, and design. You will collaborate with engineers, set the documentation voice, and build AI-driven workflows to draft, review, and maintain docs in step with the API.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical documentation or related roles.
• Experience with docs-as-code workflows and tooling.
• Ability to read API schemas and draft valid requests.

Responsibilities

• Own API documentation: references, guides, tutorials.
• Collaborate with engineers and PMs to ship docs.
• Set voice and style; implement standards in tooling.
• Build AI-driven documentation workflows and governance.
