Mercury Insurance in the United States is seeking a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Principal to lead full-cycle recruiting across Technology, Data & Analytics, Product, Cybersecurity, and related disciplines. You will partner with technology leaders to shape hiring strategy, evaluate candidates, and close critical roles.

This role requires data-informed decision making, autonomy, and building durable pipelines while collaborating with compensation, People Partners, and immigration counsel

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in full-cycle recruiting, with focus on technical roles.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in distributed environments.
• Proficient with ATS, sourcing platforms, and recruiting analytics.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a strategic recruiting consultant to technology and business leaders; clarify hiring objectives and recommend practical talent strategies.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for complex and specialized roles, including intake, market mapping, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding handoff.
• Define job scope, level, competencies, and interview plans in collaboration with hiring leaders and HR partners.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, talent communities, referrals, and events.
• Build diverse pipelines and talent maps to support recurring and hard-to-fill technical needs.
• Design or refine structured evaluation approaches with recruiters, technical assessors, and interview panels.
• Use ATS and analytics to improve sourcing, communication, and decision quality while protecting candidate data.
