Qualifications

• 7–10 years of specialized expertise in talent acquisition with a proven results track record.
• Deep experience recruiting for technology and digital roles and platforms.
• Experience partnering with technology executives and hiring leaders to develop recruiting strategies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and evolving needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the business to identify job requirements and develop an effective position profile, candidate specs, and sourcing strategy.
• Manages the recruitment process, including attraction, sourcing, assessment, selection, and acquisition strategies for high quality candidates.
• Acts as primary contact for candidates throughout the talent acquisition life cycle and promotes TruStage's employer brand.
• Provide consultation on strategic and emerging recruitment trends, best practices, and legal developments.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future opportunities and lead special projects.
