Mercury Insurance Company seeks a Senior Solution Engineer to document and support end-to-end business flow implementations within the P&C domain. The role involves technical analysis, solution design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery, with a focus on automation and AI to improve engineering efficiency.

You will manage agile processes, coordinate releases, and develop monitoring dashboards while documenting data structures and integration specs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience in the P&C insurance industry.
• 3+ years in technical analysis and solutioning.
• 2+ years in technical documentation.
• Experience with Guidewire Policy Center and related tooling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document and support end-to-end business flow implementations for the assigned domain, including dependencies on other systems and vendors.
• Assist with technical analysis and solution design for all applications in the domain.
• Develop subject matter expertise in the assigned solution space.
