Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
- Master’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage high-performing software teams.
- Hire, mentor, and motivate staff; drive budgeting and planning.
- Collaborate with product managers to estimate effort and roadmap.
- Lead hands-on development of features; ensure secure, compliant systems.
- Drive CI/CD adoption and process improvement.
- Develop technical vision and strategy for Mercury's applications.
