Celestica is expanding its Advanced Technology Solutions (ATS) sales organization and seeks a senior business development leader to drive growth, manage technology engagements, and shape the strategic direction of a high-performance, collaborative team.

The role requires deep technical acumen in product design, strong executive communication, and the ability to develop global strategies while navigating complex enterprise deals and cross-functional collaboration. Remote, travel as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering with 15+ years sales experience in a technical field
Ability to travel 25-50% domestically and internationally
Experience managing multi-million dollar sales pipelines and achieving AOP targets
Strong communication and leadership skills for executive engagement

Responsibilities

Lead technical customer engagements and serve as the primary advisor during the sales process
Develop and execute engineering account and opportunity strategies across ATS market segments
Communicate Celestica value proposition and align with customer project objectives
Provide technical insights and guidance for projects, DFx and test strategies
Support product commercialization and gather competitive intelligence
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver winning proposals and RFQ responses
Travel as needed and manage complex projects within a matrix organization
