Agile Defense, LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own a full portfolio of senior, cleared requisitions up through TS/SCI with polygraph. You will coach Recruiter I/II teammates and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

You will champion AI-enabled, human-led recruiting and push for process improvements while maintaining a focus on diversity and high-quality candidate slates. This role allows remote work within the U.S.

Formación

• Independent ownership of full-cycle recruiting for technical, cleared roles up to TS/SCI with polygraph.
• Experience coaching Recruiter I/II colleagues with measurable improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
• Proven track record identifying and improving recruiting processes and workflows.
• Strong interest in applying AI to recruiting while maintaining a human-centric approach.
• Commitment to building diverse, representative finalist slates in collaboration with senior teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own a full portfolio of senior-requisition searches across multiple stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach junior recruiters to grow ownership and compliance.
• Deliver on the hardest searches with minimal oversight.
• Develop and share AI-enabled recruiting practices to improve candidate experience.
• Identify process gaps and propose data-driven improvements.
