GTS Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter on a contract basis. The role focuses on full-cycle IT staffing and staff augmentation, handling multiple requisitions for public sector and enterprise programs, and delivering qualified candidates quickly in a competitive market.

You will partner with recruiting leadership and account executives to support staffing programs, sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed, screening for technical fit, and maintaining

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience and agency-level staffing background.
• Experience working with account executives in a staffing delivery model.
• Familiarity with public sector or government technology staffing environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for IT contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire roles.
• Source and engage technical talent across platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Screen candidates for technical qualifications and client requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and priorities.
• Maintain candidate records in Bullhorn and support delivery timelines.
