Qualifications

• US Citizen with ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor or Associate Degree in Business, IT, or related fields, or comparable military experience.
• 3–5 years in a defense industry recruiting role.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Write job descriptions and engaging emails to candidates.
• Source and screen potential candidates for defense related engineering positions.
• Conduct prospective interviews via phone/video to qualify candidates.
• Negotiate salaries and assist with the offer creation process.
• Build relationships with top candidates to create a pipeline for future hiring needs.
