Job summary

Aleron is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for specialized and technical roles, with a nationwide focus on cleared engineers. This remote, contract/temporary-to-direct role partners with hiring managers to build talent pipelines and align recruiting programs with business goals.

Ideal candidates bring extensive defense/engineering recruiting experience, TS/SCI eligibility, and a strong ability to engage stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 8 years filling defense-related engineering/technical openings within defense contractors such as Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics, Northrop Grumman, Boeing D&S, etc.
• Minimum 5 years filling engineering positions.
• Minimum 5 years filling positions that require TS, TS/SCI, TS/SCI w/Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, candidate engagement, pre-screening, interviewing, offer development, and hiring coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and identify effective advertising and candidate channels.
• Build and maintain networks of qualified candidates, focusing on cleared engineers and specialized technical talent.
• Monitor and report on recruitment outcomes, trends, agency performance, and staffing activities to management.
• Support recruitment programs, evaluate candidate assessment tools, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
