24-MAG LLC is seeking an experienced Defense & Cleared Workforce Recruiter for a full-time, fully remote role focused on building pipelines of security-cleared professionals for U.S. government and defence-sector positions.

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruiting, translate military backgrounds to civilian roles, and partner with FSOs and hiring managers. Compensation ranges from $35-$65/hour for US-based candidates, with strong sourcing across cleared domains.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. security-clearance processes.
• Experience recruiting for defence GovCon talent.
• Ability to translate military backgrounds to civilian roles.
• Strong sourcing across cleared domains and locations.
• Proven stakeholder management and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting across a portfolio of security-cleared roles.
• Source, evaluate, engage, and close candidates for cleared positions.
• Coordinate qualification, interviews, and offers with stakeholders.
• Build workflows for hard-to-fill, location-constrained roles.
• Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the process.
• Partner with hiring managers and FSOs to define role requirements.
