Qualifications

• Understanding of U.S. security clearances (Secret, TS, TS/SCI, poly).
• Experience in sourcing, screening, and placing cleared candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for cleared roles across domains and locations.
• Develop pipelines of security-cleared talent including federal civilians, veterans, and officers.
• Leverage cleared sourcing channels to connect with candidates.
• Screen for clearance level, status, and eligibility per federal guidelines.
• Coordinate clearance verification with FSOs and customer security offices.
• Translate military experience into role fit and build rapport with transitioning service members.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and timelines.
