Job summary

OneSeven Tech, an AI-enabled software agency headquartered in Miami, is scaling its recruiting engine and seeks a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for senior technical contractor roles across Managed Teams and Staff Augmentation.

You will source, screen, and assess candidates, manage a CRM-based Airtable pipeline, design screening rubrics, run English-language screens, coordinate technical assessments, and present candidates to technical leads and founders while working

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical recruiting, preferably in consultancy, staff augmentation, or digital agency
• Fluent English (C1+) for English-language screens
• Experience recruiting senior engineering roles (backend/AI/ML, DevOps, architecture, C-suite)
• Experience managing pipelines in a CRM/database (Airtable, GoHire, Greenhouse)

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple senior technical roles in Airtable
• Build scoring rubrics and screening guides for each role
• Run English-language screening calls and assess technical depth and cultural fit
• Coordinate technical assessments (Coderbyte) and manage flow to client presentation
• Maintain client-facing notes in Airtable and internal updates in Slack
• Flag risks early and cross-flag strong candidates to other roles
