Job summary

NineTwoThree AI Studio is a remote-first design, engineering, and marketing studio with a global client base. We are seeking an experienced Recruiter / Talent Sourcer to lead end-to-end hiring across multiple IT/tech roles.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, strong candidate communication, and the use of AI tools to accelerate sourcing and screening. You will collaborate with hiring managers, build diverse talent pools, and manage the full interview process, from description through

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in IT/tech
• 1+ year international IT recruitment experience
• Proven track record of hiring long-term team members
• Strong headhunting skills and proactive outreach
• Ability to build and manage a candidate pool
• Comfortable with short, consistent reporting and process discipline
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Engage passive and active candidates for assigned roles, ensuring a diverse and qualified talent pool
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and craft clear job descriptions
• Develop and execute targeted headhunting strategies to attract hard-to-fill roles
• Source talent across LinkedIn, job boards, and niche communities using Boolean search
• Use AI tools to speed up sourcing, screening, and outreach
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the full interview process
• Maintain clear candidate communication throughout the process, even on longer searches
• Monitor recruitment metrics and track in Workable
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements
