Salesloft, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our India-based, remote-friendly team. You will partner with hiring leaders to attract, evaluate, and hire top technical talent in India, with occasional travel to Bengaluru.

You’ll drive a best-in-class candidate experience and own end-to-end recruitment while leveraging our tech stack, including Greenhouse, Claude, Gemini, and Tines. You will lead DEI initiatives, use data-driven hiring metrics, and continuously improve processes

Qualifications

• 6+ years agency and in-house recruiting experience.
• Strong cold-calling and sales mindset.
• Data-minded approach with funnel, pipeline, and time-to-fill metrics.
• Commitment to continuous process improvement, with curiosity about AI and automation tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of an organization.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced tech environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full-lifecycle recruiting process from application through offer acceptance.
• Screen and sort inbound applicants and communicate with candidates promptly.
• Proactively source and attract top passive talent.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess fit and educate candidates on our interview process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and influence decisions.
• Support interview scheduling, reporting, and related administrative tasks.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future openings, keeping candidates engaged.
• Drive DEI recruitment initiatives and measure impact against company goals.
• Maintain clean, real-time data in Greenhouse and use it to improve funnel conversion.
