Job summary

Infodash, a remote-friendly leader in enterprise collaboration, seeks a seasoned Technical Project Manager to oversee client software delivery. You will guide teams of SharePoint consultants and developers through all delivery phases, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes that meet client expectations.

You will plan milestones from kickoff to go-live, manage budgets and utilization, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders across North American engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience in a consulting capacity.
• Experience with Jira, SharePoint and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams including SharePoint consultants and developers through delivery lifecycle.
• Plan and execute project milestones from kickoff to go-live, addressing delays and corrective actions.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects: deliverables, estimates, budgets, schedules to keep projects on track.
• Maintain client satisfaction, profitability, and project team workload.
• Communicate status, risks, and scope changes to stakeholders; drive continuous improvement.
