Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the primary single point of contact for large-scale deployments with significant complexity. You will plan, organize, and manage customer implementations to meet scope, timing, and budget expectations and drive successful project outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and monitor progress, risks, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• 3+ years of related project management/coordination experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and manage implementation of activities for highly complex projects for external/internal customers.
• Accountable for timely project completion and delivery.
• Create and analyze work plans and schedules.
• Develop resource requirements and allocation.
• Prepare project progress and status reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings.
• Distribute timely meeting minutes and track actions.
• Assess risks and escalate issues to management.
