Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Sr Technical Project/Program Manager in Durham, NC, offering hybrid/partial remote work. You will partner with Business Owners to coordinate technical delivery across multiple complex programs, ensuring on-schedule deliverables and responsible resource management.

You will mentor teams in a matrixed environment, drive program integration, and lead high-visibility initiatives with executive exposure, shaping outcomes beyond traditional project management.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in a related field are required.
• In lieu of a degree, 7+ years of experience in a related field will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical coordination point for high-complexity projects and potentially lead multiple projects concurrently.
• Ensure deliverables from business and technology partners are produced and approved according to multiple project schedules.
• Manage allocated resources from multiple delivery partners within approved hours and scope.
• Mentor and provide feedback to team members to create a highly functioning team in a heavily matrixed environment.
• Lead large-scale, complex programs with multiple concurrent workstreams and ownership of program integration.
• Lead high-visibility initiatives with significant executive exposure.
